· All rooms must be reserved first, before occupying. Reservations take precedence over “non-reservations”. If you reserve a room, you have the right to use the room at that time even if someone else is already using it without a reservation.

· Room occupancy will be for multiple individuals. These are NOT rooms for single, one-person use. If you are looking for a quiet space to study alone, try the study rooms (non-reservable) on the second floor or the many spaces on the third floor.

· The rooms available on the 1st floor include: Room 1B , Room 1D, Room 1E, Room 1F. Tables, chairs, and whiteboards are provided. Dry-erase markers are available at the Circulation Desk.

· Rooms are for academic and study use only. Other uses of the room must have prior approval by library faculty or staff.

· Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of two hours. Each green box on the reservation window represents thirty minutes, so choose the amount of time you want by selecting up to four consecutive boxes. If you need a reservation longer than two hours, a request can be made to: library-office@sru.edu.

· Green boxes represent available time slots. Red boxes represent existing reservations. Blue boxes represent times outside of room booking availability.

· Please note that rooms can only be reserved three weeks in advance. If you need special accomodations or a reservation more than three weeks out, contact the library main office.
